Free Access
The Free plan gives you a useful weekly reset routine before upgrading:

Common Questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, you can move between Free and Pro at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my sessions if I cancel?
Your session history is retained even after cancellation. You can resubscribe at any time to resume full access.
