1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Flowe's neural reset platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service.
2. Description of Service
Flowe provides a neural reset platform with two protocols designed to help high performers recover focus and work through repeating patterns:
- Quick Reset: 5–15 minute non-interactive NSDR-style sessions for fast recovery.
- Deep Reset: ~30-minute AI-guided conversational sessions for recurring patterns.
- A free anonymous Deep Reset on /try with optional account-save after the session.
- Integration with third-party authentication (Clerk) and payment (Stripe) services.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.
Free Tier: Individual users may access weekly Quick Reset and Deep Reset sessions at no cost.
Paid Plans: Pro subscriptions require valid payment information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
A valid payment method is required to process payment for your Subscription. For more details, see our Billing Documentation.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact billing@flowe.ai for refund requests.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include:
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
- Attempting to access other users' data or accounts
- Recording or distributing session content without authorization
- Using automated systems to access the Service
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service infrastructure
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flowe and its licensors.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Flowe.
8. Health Disclaimer
Important: Flowe provides cognitive optimization tools and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The NSDR protocols offered through Flowe are designed to support general wellness and cognitive performance. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
If you have concerns about your mental health or are experiencing a crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Flowe, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding collection and use of your personal information.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
