Team accounts

Invite your team to flowe. Shared billing, individual sessions, and a team dashboard your HR lead will actually find useful.

Companies have been asking how to roll flowe out to their teams without managing individual subscriptions. Starting today, you can.

Team plan

A team account gives every member access to the full session library under a single billing line. Sessions stay private — managers see aggregate usage, not individual transcripts.

What's included:

  • Unlimited seats (pay per active user monthly)
  • Shared billing with a monthly invoice
  • Team dashboard showing aggregate engagement (sessions/week, protocol mix)
  • Priority support with a 4-hour response SLA

How to get started

Go to Settings → Team and invite colleagues by email. They'll receive an invitation to join your team. Existing personal accounts can be migrated — all session history carries over.

If you're evaluating flowe for a team larger than 50 people, reach out directly and we'll set up a pilot.

What we're building next

A manager toolkit: protocol recommendations by role (engineering, customer support, leadership), usage reports, and optional anonymous wellness check-ins. None of these are ready yet — we're sharing the roadmap because teams asked.
